Selecting a Mortgage Lender

Selecting a mortgage lender is an important decision for every home buyer. Different lenders offer different rates and loan programs. Selecting the right lender is a personal choice to be made by you. My advice is to evaluate multiple lenders in order to find the one that offers the best program at the best rates for your individual situation. There are many lenders to choose from - see below for a listing of my preferred local mortgage lenders, in alphabetical order. These are lenders with whom I have worked in the past, and I have found them to be able to hold up their end of the deal in a professional manner. Please feel free to expand your search beyond this list; however, I can personally vouch for these lenders as we have worked a number of deals together in the past.

PHH Mortgage

PHH Mortgage has been given the special designation of being the only lender in the nation that carries the Fannie Mae Seal of Approval.
